Liftopia Launches Pre-Black Friday Sale On Lift Tickets

Liftopia, the website that specializes in offering discounted ski and snowboard passes, has launched a pre-Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale that has the potential to save you some big money for the season ahead. With savings of up to 86% off lift tickets from some of the biggest resorts in North America, you’ll find great deals for the holiday season and beyond.

The sale covers more than 200 resorts across the U.S. and Canada, with such prime ski destinations as Telluride, Snowbird and Sugarloaf well represented. Whether you plan to ski Colorado, Utah, New England, British Columbia or somewhere in between, Liftopia has you covered. Sample discounts include up to 60% off single-day passes to Monarch Mountain, 51% off lift tickets at the Canyons near Salt Lake City and as much as 57% off California’s Mt. Baldy.

If your post-Thanksgiving plans are still up in the air, and you’re looking for something to do other than go shopping, then perhaps it’s time to officially kick-off the 2012-2013 ski season. I took a look at some of the great deals that Liftopia is offering and there are still some amazing bargains to be had for the holiday weekend ahead. Demand will obviously be high of course, but if you act quickly you can probably still snag some cheap lift tickets to help pull you out of the turkey induced coma that is sure to follow Thursday’s dinner. If hitting the slopes simply isn’t in the cards for this weekend, however, you can still purchase your passes well in advance and use them later on too.
