Today’s Special – Kpwem

Ever have a taste for something and couldn’t quite figure out what it was? Maybe it was kpwem and you didn’t know it or how it’s prepared. Also known as Feuilles de Manioc, kpwem is a dish commonly prepared in the southern regions of Cameroon, the main ingredients include peanuts, palm oil, cassava or manioc leaves. Wash your worries away with some Cardamom tea, not from the same region, but I’m sure it’s just delicious all the same.
