Hate her or love her, anyone out there listening to Madonna’s latest
back-to-back dance effort, released today has to admit it’s one of her recent best. I’ve never been a huge
Madonna fan, but this one really has me longing to sway, shake and move my limbs in ways I never knew I
could. Though I won’t be hitting the town this evening, the disc is bringing back some incredible memories
and confessions on dance floors of my own. As much as I’d love to share some of those with the
masses I’ll have to pass this time.
One of my favorite cities to set a dance floor on fire is San Francisco. I’m a dance-a-holic, so it never seems I
never have enough time to work-up a sticky sweat in them all, but should you be as passionate about letting music take
you to other worlds while in San Fran I suggest you check out this
list of hot dance destinations. SF Station does a
spectacular job of listing special DJ appearances as well as theme nights every night of the week. A few that peaked my
own interest: Tuesdays – World Music at Nickie’s, Wednesdays – Vanity at Fluid Ultra Lounge, Thursdays – Pacific
Standard Time at Levende Lounge and Descarga at Voda.
