Many people go on vacation to have sex; not so many go to procreate.
And yet, this small niche of vacation travelers who are eager to bring home a different type of souvenir altogether, are now being targeted by a handful of hotels offering Procreation Vacations.
Yep. You guessed it! The hotels serve up a nice romantic setting to stir the passion, throw in some alleged aphrodisiacs, and promote the house doctor to a sex therapist. Beyond that, each hotel seems to have its own unique twist to ignite the spark of life.
A recent AP article highlights a few of the Procreation Vacations currently being offered in North America and the Bahamas. The Westin at Our Lucaya Grand Bahama Island, for example, markets a three-night love-fest for $1,893 that also includes copious amounts of sea moss–known as a local fertility aid.
So, if you’re having problems getting’ knocked up, consider a nice romantic escape for a few days. That, and the slimy moss, just might do the trick.
