Looks nice but feels so cold, is the caption of this pretty interesting shot of London
by  Kouiskas.  There’s a bit of a blur on Big Ben,
but I think that adds some mystery to the shot. I imagine this was taken neat the Millenium Wheel…or am I wrong?
