Is anyone else out there running a spring fever? Even though the ground is still snow-covered, the effect of the bright sun — finally rising higher in they sky up here — makes everything that much brighter. So even though it’s currently 22 degrees, I’m ready to put on a t-shirt start gardening.
But since those aren’t really options, how about I bring you a taste of last week’s posts?
- We got a new blogger yesterday! Please welcome Jeremy Kressmann to the fold. His inaugural post covers the dilemma of portable stereos, and he offers a solution to the poor sound that travel speakers emit.
- Anna covered one of my favorite travel activities: knitting. It’s not just for grandmas, and it’s a great way to meet locals.
- Justin posted a great photo of the oddest (and oddly comfortable-looking) airplane sleeping position I’ve seen. If it didn’t involve burying my face where other’s derrieres have been, I might consider trying it.
- As Kelsey headed south of the border, she offered some tips for driving and surviving in Mexico.
- Aaron offered up his biggest traveling mistakes, in the hopes that you can learn from them. (Hint: don’t lose your passport).
That’s all! Happy Friday.
