Video: swaying skyscrapers after earthquake in Tokyo

The massive (now rated as 9.0) earthquake in Japan this morning was one of the worst the nation has ever seen – but without the skills of Japanese contractors, things could have been much worse.

Watch this video to see entire skyscrapers sway back and forth. Their dampers allowed the buildings to move without collapsing.
