I’ll bet you didn’t know that Canola oil comes from an improved rapeseed plant selectively bred by our
good friends, the Canadians. That’s why it’s called Canola—Canadian
Oil Low Acid. I guess adding the word “oil” to
Canola oil is therefore redundant.
