Next time you’re flying internationally and feel burdened by the plethora of forms and documents you must fill out before you can legally pass through customs, keep this in mind: astronauts from the 1969 Apollo 11 flight, upon returning from the moon, had to go through U.S. customs. The scanned document above shows a Mr. Edwin Aldwin Jr. and Mr. Neil Armstrong signing off on the cargo brought back into the United States, including “moon rocks,” and “moon dust.” How cool is that?
