We kind of love finding YouTube videos without descriptions. It’s endlessly fun to try to piece together what the heck is happening. In the video above, it appears as if someone is playing the old Arkanoid video game on the massive LED screen in Seoul Square in South Korea’s capital. In fact, it looks like it might just be the world’s largest LED screen. Beyond that, your guess is as good as ours. What’s the high score? How many lives do you get? How close can you sit to the screen before your mom tells you that you’re going to go blind?
Photo of the Day – colorful jellyfish
Jellyfish may very well be one of the most bizarre looking creatures on earth. But watching them swim is mesmerizing. The pulsating shapes, bright colors and graceful movements all suggest a organism from a distant planet. One of these strangely fascinating marine creatures was captured in motion by Flickr user matt coats at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The soft orange body and intricate tentacles contrast nicely with the vibrant blue background of the water.
Have any great photos from your recent travels? Why not add them to our Gadling group on Flickr? We might just pick one of yours as our Photo of the Day.
Photo of the Day- Lago de AtitlaÌn
Lake Atitlán (Lago de Atitlán) is a large endorheic lake (one that does not flow to the sea) in the Guatemalan Highlands. Flickr user AlphaTangoBravo/Adam Baker tells us “I spent a good hour watching a few of the locals fishing in the early morning. As they disappeared into the mist, I couldn’t help but think how many hundreds of years that the local fisherman had repeated this scene. I felt privileged to watch.”

Photo of the day – Blue volcanoes of Guatemala
Today’s Photo of the Day was taken by Flickr contributor AlphaTangoBravo. His image of volcanoes in Guatemala wrapped in the early morning’s blue haze is a mesmerizing reminder of the intensity of a tropical dawn.

Photo of the day – Cocktail hour
It’s always cocktail hour somewhere in the world, they say, though if you’re 8 months pregnant like me, it’s not for another 5 weeks or so. Even as a non-whiskey drinker, I looked at this and wanted a nice warming glass of scotch and perhaps a fire to drink it by. Flickr user JRodmanJr snapped this drink (and presumably drank it) in Basel, Switzerland; it’s a 14-year-old single malt from the Scottish distillery Oban. A beverage like this one can inspire a trip to taste the drink at its source, or just provide a mini-vacation in a glass.
