I Want My MOMA

“How much for the artsy fartsy thing?”

Well, it is probably not for sale, but that won’t keep people from wanting to look at the stuff anyway. Yes, after
two and a half years of exile, MOMA is
coming back to New York City, to new digs that have all the critics
ga-ga (though there will certainly be some dissenters….it’s New York after all) and will finally allow tourists to gaze
upon Picasso’s 1907 creepily erotic
LesDemoiselles D’Avignon or
Pollock’s messy, but brilliant
One without
having to trek over to Queens. The new Museum of Modern Art reopens in midtown Manhattan on
November 20…this Saturday. You and your friends should all go and stand outside and watch all the fur-swaddled,
well-connected New Yorkers go in and sip champagne from diamond-studded grails.

Because good luck getting tickets.
