TSA: Flash Mem OK Through X-ray Machines

Sister site Engadget runs a piece confirming that the
Transportation Security Administration has determined through extensive testing that flash memory cards can safely be
run through airport x-rays and metal detectors with no damage to the cards themselves or the files they contain. This
is a big relief to digital photographers everywhere (including myself). Now if the ycan just stop collecting the little
key chain pocket knives that I carry. The damn things are $20 a piece, and I’ve lost like half a dozen of them since
9/11.
