So they’ve finally turned
the lights back on at the Taj Mahal. As I said before,
it’s about time. The Taj is a completely different place at night. And are there other sites too that look great
after the sun drops down behind the horizon? What about places like Petra, Jordan, or Machu Pichu? Writers for
the Telegraph wondered the same thing and went to find out.
The Taj is easy, but Petra requires timing your visit right (summer is bad. as the writers says, only masochists and
Germans go to Petra then). But all provide an experience different than the average day trip.
