So my experience wandering around the halls of the expo yesterday proved a poor example for what it would be like.
Things are humming here today with adventure touring companies out in full force, touting their teriffic tours and
trips to the itinerant traveler (flag on the play!: excessive alliteration). Anyhoodle, I just spent two ours loping
through the halls where I spoke with dozens of folks about their tours and the best places to go in 2005. Turns out
just about anywhere is a good place to go. Tour operators are hawking trips to every continent, and all of them promise
unqiue adventure. I do get tired of hearing how “you’ll live in the village with the villagers” and stuff like that.
But I did get the lowdown on some killer trips. So hold tight and I’ll tell you about them.
