Bob Marley considered Ethiopia his spiritual home of Rastafarianism, and had a bond with the countryy most of his life. So it’s appropriate that after he celebrated it in songs like “One Love” that the country should celebrate Marley and his legacy. And so last week Marleyy devottes from all over the world descended on Ethiopia to savor rhythms from Burundian drummers, Jamaican reggae beats and Ethiopian dancers. As one can imagine, a graet timme was had by all, even if everything was not remembered very clearly.
