Coming up soon is a BIG event for ice climbers, the
Festiglace du Québec. Sponsored by the North
Face, the event is considered to be the world’s biggest ice climbing event. This year’s event will be held from
February 18 to 20 on icy walls of the Jacques-Cartier River in Pont-Rouge. If you are a fan of ice climbing, this is
your big event. They will have gear manufactureres there, courses and workshops and just about anyone who is anyone in
ice climbing including Conrad Anker, Pete Athans, Guy
Lacelle and Jim Donini.
