Some birds have all the luck while some birds don’t. It’s funny that I would stumble upon this
interesting memorial for the
“Bronze Martha” and other
deceased Passenger Pigeons the same day another Martha was happily flapping her wings back home. All
that being said, Roadside America a site that features offbeat tourist attractions, has a somewhat touching
story on these pigeons of long ago and directs you to a cool little spot dedicated just for them out of
Cincinnati, Ohio. If you’re on the road, bored, or feel like paying a tribute breeze on through and
give the pigeons some love.
