Tamron has setup an online photo competition in celebration of some of
their zoom lens technology. You can submit up to five photos and you have until August 31, 2005 to
enter. Make sure you see the rules.
Prizes include a safari in Australia’s Red Centre or a lens for your digital SLR. The two lenses up for grabs
include the new SP AF 11-18mm F/4.5-5.06 Di-II LD Aspherical (IF), an ultra-wide angle zoom lens and the other an AF
18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di-II LD Aspherical (IF) Macro, a high power zoom lens. It most certainly seems
worth your while to enter this one, especially if you’ve been saving to go ‘down under’ or for a super cool
lens.
