Chef Judith O’Loughlin has been catering island specialties in the Berkeley, CA area for years now which
has prompted the opening of her restaurant,
The Caribbean Cove. Raised in Nevis, a tiny island close
to the Virgin Islands, Judith had garnered much praise for her island home cooking in the
area. Naturally regular island favorites like curry and jerk chicken make the menu, but try Judith’s
version of dishes like Es-Cove-ich Fish, Ackee, and Salt Fish. Wash it all down with delicious home-made
Ginger Beer or some Ting Grapefruit soda. Whichever you should choose you’ll feel very much at home dining
