From the looks of it Gary Warner is a man who loves his pools. After a long hot day sight-seeing
who wouldn’t? But Gary really loves swimming pools.
He enjoys them so much and has obviously spent an enormous amount of time in them that he kindly created a top 10
list of the world’s best
swimming pools. I’m not talking about the ones in your neighbor’s backyard, but those found at
hotels all across the globe. What’s also very neat about the piece, found in the
Seattle Times, is some
of the historical content and description given about each of his favorite dips. Who knew there was so much
to discover about these summer-time deep cool bowls of waters? Without further delay here’s who made
the list:
-
Hotel Gellert – Budapest, Hungary
-
Hotel Inter-Continental – Chicago
-
The Palace of the Lost City – Sun City, South Africa
-
Park Hyatt Tokyo – Tokyo
-
Renaissance Esmeralda – Indian Wells, CA
-
Flamingo Las Vegas – Las Vegas, NV
-
Amandari – Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
-
Grand Wailea – Wailea, Maui, Hawai’i
-
Hyatt Regency Kaui – Kaui, Hawai’i
-
