Make Pad-Thai Today

Today is a great day for doing nothing.  It’s a great day to wake up check your email before
washing your face, brushing your teeth, or taking your dog out for her early morning
walk. Be disgustingly slothful, indolent, or plain lazy. If you get hungry you can always order out or pick
up some greasy fast food which involves very little effort and won’t kill your mood much, but should you have an ounce
of energy make Pad-Thai. (No reason
your stomach should have to suffer from your sudden desire to do absolutely nothing.)

Why Pad-Thai?  Because I said so.  Because I think it’s awesome. Because that’s what I tend to make
when I’m trying to avoid doing something of importance. It’s one of the most common Thai dishes most people enjoy
feasting on which can be spiced and seasoned accordingly. And just as a favor, I have provided a recipe
from A Taste of Thai on the delicious
rice noodle, crushed peanut, scattered bean sprout, with hints of egg, cilantro and lime dish so you won’t have to look
for one. Mmm… Hopefully you have all the ingredients at home. If not, plan ahead for
your next slightly lazy day.
