Let’s face it, space is the ultimate travel destination. We’ve already seen the advent of space tourists who pay
ungodly sums to venture into the stratosphere. I am confident that in my lifetime I will be able to get into a rocket
and gaze down with my 5 gigapixel camera, giddily snapping photos of the earth spinning beneath me.
In the meantime, though, space fans will have to content themselves with watching professionals venture into space.
And that is where TV Squad comes in. Right now, our sister site is
live blogging the space shuttle launch, an event
that should be of interest to all space fans. I, for one, will be tuning in, eager to catch the progress of the first
flight since the horrible tragedy of a few years ago. As I write this, all systems are go. Let’s keep our fingers cross
for a successful launch.
