Family Travel Tipsheet

Some children truly have all the luck. There aren’t many adults who can say they have traveled to
15 countries, but Newsweek has
a cute little piece on the nursery-school kids that have and can tell you quite vividly about the experience. Can
you see I’m jealous? The story also serves as the lead in to a very nice tip sheet for families that
wish to take the young explorers on big adventures and don’t know where to start. Suggestions are given for
off-the-beaten track trips as well as affordable
family vacation ideas.  It’s a great piece to read if you or someone you know with children is planning
ahead, though it does provide some scary images to solo travelers like myself. Imagine the Machu Picchu trail invaded
by a sea of families with strollers. That was a little exaggerated, but the trail can be navigated by strollers
now-a-days.
