If you live in San Fran, I’m jealous, for any number of reasons. But today I’m envious because
you can attend some cool upcoming events at
Get Lost on Market Street… and I can’t. Here are the next two events
they have scheduled for this month:
On September 22, Josh Krist of
InsideOut will curate a session on studying abroad. Several folks, including
editor Helene Goupil, will share stories of the good, bad and ugly
of overseas education. If this is a travel alternative you are considering, be sure to make a visit. (Looks like they
will do one on international volunteer opportunities in November too.)
Then, on September 27, please stop by to meet the fabulously fun Jen
Leo and pick up a copy of The Thong Also Rises, the
recently released third title in her collection of hilarious female travel tales. I’ll probably mention this book again
on Gadling (once I read it and feel the urge to rave about how funny it is) so for now just head over to
Written Road to get the scoop.
There are several other Get Lost events slated for the Fall, so
