Former reality TV stars with nothing better to do are now available as guides for adventure vacations. A new company
called Reality Trips, working in conjunction with adventure travel
specialists Global Adrenaline, have teamed up to host trips guided by all
your favorite reality TV personalities from popular shows like The Apprentice, Survivor, Road
Rules, Real World, Big Brother and The Amazing Race. Yes, it’s true —
The Miz is waiting to travel with you! Reality
Trips was founded by Survivor alums Burton Roberts and Jenna Lewis, who now lead the company as Chief Adventure Officer
and Director of Action, respectively. Interested participants need to fill out an application online, selecting where,
when and how they’d like to travel, and with which reality stars they’d like to trust as their faithful guide. At this
point they only list sample itineraries to the Serengeti and Costa Rica on their website, so you’ll have to wait to
hear back from the company about which TV travel stars are standing by to lead your adventure. Just having a reality TV
star as your guide is adventure enough, I think, regardless of where you end up going. Good luck if you dare to give
this outlandish scheme a try.
