Globe Museum Reopens

I’ve just found a place to add to my list of things to see in Vienna:
The Globe Museum of the Austrian National
Library
has the largest collection of globes and globe-related instruments available to the public. It has recently
been refurbished in a new home with two distinct areas: a concept-oriented exhibition and an object-oriented scientific
collection for research studies. The collection includes unique items such as globes that can be folded, relief globes
and a globe without an axis. The museum consists of more than 380 globes and scientific instruments including armillary
spheres, telluria and planetaria.
