If you haven’t had a chance to plug in your own address
yet and check out Microsoft’s Local Live site, well, you’re missing out. It takes
the whole Google maps thing another dimension out there by adding absolutely incredible photos of mapped areas that are
entirely navigable. Forget the satellite view of your neighborhood. With this you can zero in right no your house and
get views from numerous angles.
I scoped out my apartment and my parent’s house and old work places…and
while a few of the results aren’t exactly accurate, it stil lhits within a block or two. But what I find most amazing
is how on the Bird’s Eye Images section, you can actually rotate around most places. I highly recommend checking this
out.
