Great news for those of you with an extra two million frequent flyer miles in your Virgin Atlantic account: you can now fly to outer space.
Virgin Atlantic has just announced they will be accepting frequent flyer miles for their much heralded Virgin Galactic flights that will start operating in 2008. Those who feel the $200,000 full price fare is a bit steep (and no, there are no economy seats) can cash in their miles for a free trip beyond the earth’s gravitational pull.
All I need to do is book 200 flights between Los Angeles and London in the next two years and I’m good to go!
