Adventure Medical Kits

You don’t have to be a Boy Scout
to Always Be Prepared. In fact, for pretty much any adventure you begin, you want to do at least two things: a) let
people know where you’re headed (you don’t want to get stuck under a rock and have to saw your own arm off, after all),
and b) bring along a first aid kit. Both are just common sense. To accomplish the first, you’ll need your mouth
and/or a pen and paper. Use either or both of them to let people know what your plans are, where you’re going,
what you’re doing, etc. For the latter, well, we recommend you take a look at some of the offerings over at Adventure Medical Kits.

These complete first aid kits are
fast and light. They are also waterproof, which is a near necessity since keeping your bandages dry and free of gunk is
pretty much the point. These kits comes with most everything you’ll need in a basic first aid kit including safety
pins (perhaps good for making a compass if you happen to be stuck in the Alaskan wilderness with Anthony Hopkins),
Motrin, dressings and antibiotics, and much more. The site here has
got all sorts of other kits available, and is worth taking a look at if you don’t already have a kit of your own.
