Here’s the thing about spring
break: kids spend all semester doing exams and term papers and presentations, and then spring break comes along,
and they can decompress, rest, relax and party. Which all makes total sense…
…except ….
… what about the rest of us? I mean, I don’t know about you, but since graduating college, I’ve spent WAY more
time worrying about presentations, and deadlines, and the like. Why isn’t there spring break for us?
Well, there can be, thanks to Concierge.com. The website has come up with several spring break ideas for adults —
first describing what the average spring breaker would enjoy doing, and then detailing the grown-up counterpart.
There are some great ideas — but I’m particularly digging the ten room resort in Jamaica known as The Caves — it runs 500
feet along the cliffs, looking as if it’s an organic part of the geology.
Now that’s my kind
of spring break.
