That is when some of the city’s best dining establishments open up to the riff-raff and serve three-course prix-fixe lunches for $24.07 and three-course dinners for $35 per person. That is not a bad deal given the expense of eating in this town. So if you’ve ever wanted to try the striped bass at Babbo then go for it.
