Neatorama has a great post up today about the world’s 10 most magnificent trees. While acknowledging that such a list is almost impossible to construct, they’ve done a very good job picking out some exceptional examples of nature’s beauty.
From the Lone Cypress in Monterey, to Axel Erlandson’s shaped “Circus Trees,” to the Giant Sequoias of California, they’ve cataloged some amazing stuff.
I’ve never taken a trip just to see the plant life, but I think I may make a pilgrimage just to see some of these in person. Incredible.
