Those in search of a time and place to stock up on new gear for the coming climbing, biking, hiking, paddling season, well, look no further than the annual Outdoor Gear Exposition taking place in Boston from May 14-17. I may very well make my way up there just to check it out. I’m in serious need of some new clothing and a tent, and I may even try and pick up a new stove while I’m at it. Most of the major athletic and outdoors companies will be there and there will be gadgets galore for those like me, who always want to see how technology and the outdoors converge.
