Okay, this thing is gigantic. Bigger than big. I’m not sure what the current record holder is for an over-sized dragon, but this one surely beats it by a long shot. Investors in Beijing are working together to build a $300-million, 13-mile-long metal dragon that “will wind its way along a circular group of hills north of the city.”
Don’t start planning your trip just yet — the construction won’t be complete until 2009 to “mark the 60th anniversary of the People’s Republic’s founding.”
