  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons salt (rock salt is best)

Mix the milk, vanilla and sugar in one ziploc sandwich bag. Place ice and salt in a ziploc freezer bag. Place the smaller, sealed bag with the ingredients into the larger bag. Shake for 10 minutes. Eat.
