Whip that Body into Shape!

It’s that time of year again when you strip off the jeans and sweatshirts and break out that post winter body which has sadly turned pasty white and saggy during the off season. And you ask yourself, “I’m going to stuff this thing into a swimsuit?!?!?” Gack!

Well, just in time for summer, the LA Times has come up with a short list of four books which will help with the above ordeal in a somewhat timely manner; each promises to whip your body into shape in a certain amount of time ranging from 12 days, to 14 days, to 12 weeks (whoa, way too long!).

So, if your body is going to be the focal point of ridicule on your next beach vacation, you might want to think about picking up one of these books and getting to work! Your body will thank you for it, and so will other beach-goers.
