I love that this kid is trying to be funny, but has managed to keep a somewhat serious, almost troubled look on his face. Or, perhaps, he is slightly troubled and has a condition that involves placing reptiles on his head.
Photographer bama_man doesn’t have an explanation either. “This boy was standing on the road somewhere between Marrakech and Er Rachidia (via Ouarzazate and the Todra Gorge),” he writes, “and when we pulled up beside him, he tossed this lizard on his head and we snapped this picture.” Okay then, perhaps that’s how they say “hello” in this part of the world.
Nonetheless, congrats go out to bama_man for making our Photo of the Day two days in a row.
