Here are the hottest gear deals for today, Friday, May 7th 2010. Remember, these deals are often valid for just one day, so act fast before they are gone.
I’m not sure why, but LED headlamps seem to pop up for free at least once a week – this time you get a 2-pack of them for free, after paying $5.99 for shipping. These lamps are great for camping, or for helping a fellow Gadling member cook some killer BBQ. Click here for your own 2-pack of lamps (batteries not included).
Next up is the Zap Portable Energy charging kit. The set comes with a variety of cords, plugs and a battery pack. On sale for $.8.82. Click here for this deal.
Our third deal is for an iPhone case with a twist. The QDOS case is certainly not the cheapest out there, but this one totally sounds worth its $25 price tag. For starters – it is dockable, without removing the phone. It also features a built in stylus and integrated sim card removal tool (perfect for swapping out the sim for a prepaid version). Looking for a messenger bag with that hip retro look? Check out the “stone wash” version to get the price down to $14. Click here for this deal.
