There are a lot of travel cliches about “the road.” The road less traveled. A fork in the road. On the road again. The open road. Today’s Photo of the Day shows what inspires all those quotes and songs: sometimes the road is pretty sweet. Flickr user SummitVoice1 snapped this from the back of a scooter on the Slovenian coast on the way to Croatia. You can’t help but admire the view and wish you were feeling the wind in your hair.
