rebuilt their city and now await your tourism dollars,
according to an article in the Pioneer
Press
(free registration required). The city: Dubrovnik. Known as a “city of light and stone”, Dubrovnik has

travelers. The historic Old Town especially, relates the article’s author, has a definitive Baroque style with streets
that are lined with small businesses (the city is known as a jewelry making center), cafes and restaurants.
