Family Rescued from Snowbound RV

Rescue stories that end on a good note are always a great way to start the day. Six family  members trapped
in the confines of their RV in a snowy wilderness were rescued yesterday after 17 days of being missing. According to
this CNN news piece the family was on their
way back home from an excursion up the Oregon coast when their RV got lost in the mountains and stuck in 4 feet of snow
at 3,800 feet. The search for the lost had been called off and if it hadn’t been for the breakaway of two family members
to find help they may have never been discovered. Or let me say they may have been discovered too late. Luckily the two
youngest members of the family didn’t remained calm and didn’t really realize they were in any type of trouble. Whew
and thank goodness the family made back home safely.
