Never mind that you probably won’t be able to see the stars in new york City…you can still sleep beneath them. that is, The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (aka: Nickdapar) is offering “selected New Yorkers” a chance to camp in a park in one of the five boroughs of New York City. Oh ahh. So yes, that means you can join the homeless of the city and find yourself a cozy spot beneath the heavens, get a fire going, play the guitar and cook some smores, and hopefully avoid getting mugged. All this happens on June 24, and if you go here, you can sign up to be one of the “lucky ones”.
