The legendary Art Deco skyscraper now has an awesome observation deck on the 67-70th floors which offers a 360 degree view from 850 feet above street level.
What makes this observation deck so much cooler than the one at the Empire State building is the “panels of fully transparent, non-reflective safety glass” that allow “unobstructed, open-air views of the entire city.” There is no shoving your head through the prison-like bars which line the top of the Empire State Building; there is just a simple pane of glass between you and the greater New York metropolis.
