P.U.M.A. – GM and Segway may have lost their minds.

GM and Segway have teamed up to make a tiny non-car-non-segway. They call it the Project P.U.M.A. — Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility. We call it the Project Love Child — “never meant to be.”
