Today I just happen to be staying a few blocks from Ground Zero, and this morning in the windy rain I walked by Ground Zero to observe the memorial proceedings along Broadway Street. The mood was altogether somber, yet it was also clear the city has made nearly a full recovery from the tragedy of 9/11.
