Daily gear deal – MoGo Bluetooth mouse for $30

Today’s daily gear deal is for the MoGo Bluetooth mouse. This may be the second mouse I’ve posted this week, but the MoGo mouse is unlike any other mouse out there.

MoGo stores and recharges inside your laptop. Of course, this does mean your laptop will need a PCCard slot. To use the mouse, you simply pop it out of the expansion slot and unfold the small stand on the bottom. The mouse communicates with your PC using Bluetooth, so you will either need integrated Bluetooth, or an additional Bluetooth “dongle”.

The MoGo mouse normally retails for about $60, but is currently on sale at Buy.com for just $29.99. If your laptop is equipped with an Expresscard/54 slot instead of PCCard, you’ll need a different version ($10 more).

The 3 versions on sale are:

Shipping on these items is free.

Daily deal – Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook mouse for $30

My daily deal for today is for the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 (seriously, who comes up with these names?).

This battery powered cordless mouse communicates with your PC using Bluetooth technology, so your laptop or desktop will need to have built in Bluetooth, or a Bluetooth USB adapter in order to use it.

The mouse is a tad smaller than a regular desktop mouse, but still features a scroll wheel, back button and a high resolution laser for tracking your movements.

The mouse even includes a carrying bag to prevent damage when you throw it in your laptop bag. The Notebook mouse 5000 works on Windows and Mac machines, and normally retails for $49.99, but is currently on sale for just $29.99 through Amazon.com. Since it is over $25, you’ll even get free shipping.

Daily deal – MoGo Mouse X54 for $29.99

My deal for today is a personal favorite of mine. The MoGo Mouse X54 is a Bluetooth mouse with a laser sensor. What makes the Mogo Mouse different from any other Bluetooth Mouse is that is actually slides right into the Expresscard slot of your notebook. The mouse even recharges when it is “docked” in your machine.

Of course, you will need a notebook with Bluetooth and an Expresscard/54 slot, so please check the user manual of your computer before purchasing this mouse!

The MoGo Mouse X54 usually retails for around $70, but if you hurry up, you’ll be able to pick one up from Buy.com for just $29.99, with free shipping!

I’ve been using a MoGo mouse for several months, and it has become a real indispensable item in my gadget arsenal. Despite the tiny size, the mouse actually works extremely well. I’ll be posting a full review of the MoGo mouse X54 in an upcoming review.
